Practice Coordinator / Assistant
We supply enterprises with strategic financial leadership, where full-time CFO is not yet practical. We differentiate ourselves, by being fully engaged with our customers and being part of their teams, taking full responsibility for financial management. The vision is to grow into a 3-5 people specialist, responsible finance boutique, where people have their own specialities: analytics and forecasts, accounting principles, processes, strategy. Main responsibilities
Keep track and rank commitments in terms of time and priority
Follow-up on dependencies from other counterparts (accountants, bank, grant providers, investors, etc.)
At all times have a clear picture of who is doing what, why and by when including any risks
Where personal skills permit pre-fill forms and templates, which might be internal or external
Execute administrative accounting and finance tasks, such as matching, preparation of payments or debt collections
About you
You are a balanced personality, who knows how to get things done
You are aware of what is happening, even when you are not physically present
You have a proven system to track and follow-up on deliverables
You are precise with numbers and you are in good terms with them
You are not scared to sometimes try new things
You speak excellent in Estonian AND English verbally and in writing
Your past experience may include filling out or reviewing forms in banks or grant institutions, such as Enterprise Estonia or similar or receptionist in a fast paced environment
